How it works
Krúžky are built on the YPO Forum concept used by business leaders around the world. Every month you share what is on your mind, and the others help with questions and their own experience.
Groups bring together people from different backgrounds and generations: from students to experienced professionals from companies, startups, the public sector and NGOs.
What is said in the circle stays in the circle. And nobody gives advice unless asked.
Your circle does not have to be in your city

The whole group meets in one place. You see the city before you join.
Hybrid
Part of the group is in the room, part joins online, in the same meeting.

The whole group online. Across Slovakia and for Slovaks abroad.
How to apply

About 10 minutes. If you have no account, you create one along the way.

Personality questionnaire
About 20 minutes. It helps us and you understand what you bring to a group.

Conversation
Half an hour with the moderator who puts the group together. Ask your questions too.

Placement
You receive an offer for a specific group with its format and dates. Accepting it is up to you.
You apply on GROWNi, the LEAF platform. If you do not have an account yet, you create one while filling in the form. The forms are in Slovak.

How much time does it take?
One four-hour meeting a month for ten months. Regularity is what gives a group depth.
Does what we talk about stay between us?
Yes. Confidentiality is the ground rule of every circle and the moderator guards it.
How much does it cost?
Krúžky are part of the LEAF community. Its members contribute an amount they choose themselves on GROWNi. We recommend 1% of your gross salary; there is a lower amount for students and people between jobs.
What if I do not live in Bratislava?
Circles also run online and in hybrid form, so distance is not a barrier.
When do new circles start?
In February and September. You can apply any time; after the conversation you wait for the next suitable group.
What if I find out it is not for me?
Before the end of each cycle we ask everyone whether they want to continue, move to another circle or stop. You can also leave earlier; just tell your moderator.
